Twelve skiers wanted to get out in spite of the “iffy” conditions, and warm up their ski legs. They all set off from the Nordic Lodge at Mt. Bachelor on Sunday, December 8, skied down the common corridor, and clockwise around Dutchman Flats. A couple continued on to Big Meadow and returned by Flagline and Flagline connectors for a six mile ski. The weather was actually great, as the sun came out as the day wore on, but the snow conditions were not so good after some freeze/thaw since the last snowfall.
