Wednesday, July 1, a hardy group of CONCers hiked up and around Gray Butte, led by Roz. They hiked via a combination of road, trail and across country. It was a bluebird day, with winds to cool them on this challenging walk. The group started at Skull Hollow, reaching the summit of Gray Butte after a 1900 ft elevation gain. The total distance walked was 8 miles, made even more rewarding due to the excellent views and wildflowers.
