Linda Frost led eight folks along the Swampy Lakes loop to the shelter on Sunday November 10. She remarked that the hiking trail is always “different than the ski version”. The group got in a bit of maintenance work too, moving and stacking more of the firewood next to the shelter. Linda was quite please to learn that some of the group had never been to the shelter before; hopefully they will also experience the “ski version” this winter!
